Howard Day has extensive experience of licensed leisure property. At Davis Coffer Lyons he works on valuation and also landlord & tenant matters.
He had his own professional practice for 10 years during which time he acted for landlords and tenants of public houses and after that was Director – Leisure at Harper Dennis Hobbs where he continued to provide property advice to the leisure sector.
