The fee structures of PIRRS Independent Experts are based upon the pre rent review annual rental (the ‘passing rent’) of the licensed premises when entering into the PIRRS procedure. Not on the PIRRS rental Determination figure.
Should a reasoned Determination be required this will increase the Independent Expert’s charges quoted below in each case by £2,000 (see separate section headed ‘reasoned Determinations’).
VAT is to be added to each of the fees quoted.
Parties deciding to instruct external advisors to present their cases will incur charges for such services separately.
