PIRRS available for Lease renewals

The Pub Governing Body, which oversees PIRRS, has acting in accordance with industry requests, extended the scheme to cover rentals under renewed Leases and Tenancy Agreements when the originals have come to an end.  As ever it is only the tenant who can opt for PIRRS to be utilised in this way and it is  the tenant who selects the PIRRS Independent Expert from the panel detailed on this website. It is essential, however, that such Independent Expert is provided with the full terms agreed between the parties for the renewed Lease before he/she can determine the rental to be paid.
